3 Days Samburu Safari

Day 1 and 2: Samburu National Reserve
After an early breakfast in Nairobi your drive will take you across the Equator (an experience in itself) and on to Samburu National Reserve. The reserve terrain is rugged-semi arid but hosts unique species like the unusual reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s Zebra, Beisa Oryx, and the long necked gerenuk. These species are seldom sighted elsewhere. The bird life will bring a smile to the most hardened ornithologist. You will lunch at one of the Samburu Lodges and then it’s off on an afternoon game drive. You will dine and overnight at the lodge. The next day will include two game drives soaking in the beauty of Africa. You will again dine and sleep at the Samburu Lodge or similar.

Day 3 Samburu-Nairobi
An early morning game drive will be followed by a traditional lodge breakfast; then you head back to Nairobi. You will enjoy a relaxing lunch in Nairobi and if required, transfer to the airport for your out bound flight.
