Day 1
Arrive at Zanzibar harbor or airport and transfer to a stone town hotel. Overnight in stone town.

Day 2
Depart from the hotel for a visit of the historical town. Lunch at the old Arab fort. Afternoon at leisure. 1700 Hrs depart from the hotel for a sunset cruise along stone town waterfront. Stop at forodhani gardens for a glance of the evening life. Dinner at overnight in stone town.

Day 3
Depart from the hotel and transfer to Kizimbani village. Tour of the village farms of vegetables and spices. Afterwards drive to the hotel on the beach. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 Full day at leisure at the beach hotel with dinner and overnight.

Day 5 After breakfast transfer to the airport for flight back home

MAJOR CITIES AND TOWNS

Highlights: Snorkeling, diving and swimming in the crystal clear waters of this tropical paradise island, pristine beaches, coral reefs, seafood, spice tours, Jozani Forest Reserve.

Best time to go: The Indian Ocean Islands are a year round highlight and a great way to end your visit to Africa. Zanzibar experiences its rains from mid March to June. A short rainy season also occur from Sept to Nov.

Landscapes: Mostly palm fringed beaches with crystal clear water lapping the shores. The majority of the cultivatable land is used for coconut farming. There are also large areas set aside for a variety of spices.

Cultures: The majority of Zanzibar's population is made up of Muslims with smaller Christian and Hindu communities scattered throughout the island.

Weather: No real distinction between summer and winter with an average temperature of 25șC. Summer: February is the warmest. Winter: August is the coolest.

SVOB 022- MOMBASA EXTENSION OPTIONAL

DAY 1 MOMBASA

After an early breakfast, bid farewell to Masai Mara and drive back to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch at the Brazilian styled carnivore restaurant for a succulent meal of game barbecue. Late afternoon transfer to the airport for your coast flight. On arrival at Moi airport Mombasa, you will be met by an Safari Village  representative and transferred to your beach hotel. Dinner and overnight at white sands beach hotel (half board)

DAY 2 TO 5 WHITESANDS BEACH HOTEL
Spend a further three four nights in Mombasa with full days at leisure or do optional activities which can be arranged request. All meals included except lunch. Overnights at white sands beach hotel (half board).

DAY 6 NAIROBI.
After breakfast a bid farewell to your beach hotel and you are transferred to Moi international airport for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Arrive met by an Elide tours & safaris representative and assisted to connect with your out flight
